Third Angle’s concert at OMSI’s planetarium was a mesmerizing fusion of stunning visuals and live music, featuring a four-piece string quartet with clarinet accompaniment. It was an incredible project to be a part of, especially given the technical challenges of shooting in the low light of the planetarium. To capture the ambiance and detail, I used a wide-open aperture, resulting in a beautifully shallow depth of field that amplified the otherworldly quality of the experience. The result: visuals that harmonized with the music to create an immersive, cinematic atmosphere.
